Job Overview
A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel or senior associate or of counsel to join its structured transactions practice group in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience and excellent academic credentials, with a background in corporate and/or finance transactions. Experience in structured finance and securitization is preferred.
Duties
- Engage in complex structured finance and securitization transactions.
- Collaborate with team members on RMBS, ABS, and CLO financing projects.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients in structured transactions.
- Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate and/or finance transactions.
- Background in structured finance and securitization preferred.
- RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience highly preferred.
- Active member of the bar in Pennsylvania.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
