Duties

• Draft and negotiate M&A, JV, EPC, O&M, tolling, development, supply, and power purchase agreements.
• Manage components of deals independently.
• Participate in national project finance and development practice.
• Engage in sophisticated legal matters with high partner and client contact.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of relevant project experience.
• Experience with energy, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Georgia.

Skills
