Duties

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Appear in court hearings, mediations, collaborative meetings, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements with strong legal research and writing.
• Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys and staff.
• Manage a caseload and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced practice.

Requirements

• 3-5 years or more of family law experience in Florida.
• Comfortable and confident in courtroom settings.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Collaborative training preferred.
• A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work.
• Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
