Duties

• Conduct legal research and analyze case law relevant to family law matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and settlement agreements.
• Handle court appearances, including motion hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to prepare for hearings and trials.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients.
• Participate in strategy development and case planning with the Managing Attorney.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of courtroom experience.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Sound judgment and excellent communication abilities.
• Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Education

• Doctorate (Preferred).

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.
