The role involves representing manufacturers in single-plaintiff and mass action litigation, serving as national coordinating counsel in state and federal courts.

Duties

• Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage document productions.
• Provide counsel in complex litigation matters.
• Represent clients in consumer fraud cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in complex litigation.
• Experience in products liability preferred.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and case management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills
