Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for state and federal court matters

• Conduct legal research and analysis on procedural and substantive issues

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Manage case strategy and client communications

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on litigation matters

• Maintain compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements

• Participate in settlement negotiations and case evaluations

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably across multiple areas of law

• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines

• High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and courts

• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri

• Admission to federal court preferred
