Duties:

• Draft patent applications in electrical, software, computer science, and related domains

• Manage domestic and international patent prosecution

• Stay current on USPTO rules, AI/machine learning patent trends, and relevant legal developments

• Assist with examiner interviews, office action responses, and other USPTO communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in patent preparation and prosecution

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline

Certifications:

• Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Skills:

• Proficiency in patent drafting tools and IP portfolio management systems

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
