Location:

• New Castle, Delaware

Duties:

• Provide legal representation in general civil defense litigation matters.

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Assist in preparing and managing cases for trial, including depositions and discovery.

• Participate in court appearances and hearings.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategies for case resolution.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.

Requirements:

• Up to five years of legal practice experience in civil defense litigation.

• Admitted to practice in Delaware at the time of hire.

• Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.

• Comfort and experience in oral advocacy.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the firm.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Delaware at the time of hire.
