Duties

• Provide legal counsel on antitrust matters.
• Engage in antitrust litigation and investigations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in antitrust litigation and counseling.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or relevant government agency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
• HSR counseling and Second Request investigation experience is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from a top-tier law school.

Certifications
