Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in wire fraud or related matters.
• Ability to manage cases independently, including discovery and motion practice.
• Experience interacting directly with clients.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in Florida (or ability to obtain promptly).

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
