The candidate should have 2 years of Energy Law experience. The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate: (1) experience practicing energy and utility law, including administrative litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and/or state regulatory commissions; (2) a working understanding of the disciplines involved with the practice of energy and utility law; and (3) excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills. Must be licensed to practice in Ohio.
