The candidate should have 3 – 5 years of experience in litigation support or state/county/municipal administrative proceedings. Position includes a variety of responsibilities and opportunities for growth. Position is critical to 27-attorney law firm. Candidate must be well-organized, self-motivated, attentive to detail, able to work collaboratively but with minimal supervision, and able to prioritize and follow through on long-term and short-term projects. Must be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred qualifications include: experience with legal document management systems, experience with e-filing in federal and state courts, experience with state administrative filings or AAA arbitration proceedings, and ability to provide basic end-user tech support.
