Duties:

• Regularly update and maintain case documentation using electronic case management tools

• Foster effective and sustained communication with clients throughout legal proceedings

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Nevada laws and industry regulations

• Manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven setting

• Meet monthly billable hour targets consistently

Requirements:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada

• Proven ability to independently manage multiple case matters

• Demonstrated legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to legal work

• High attention to accuracy and detail

• Proficiency in using legal case management software

• Interest or prior experience in litigation or administrative law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada
