Duties

• Provide counseling to companies at various business stages.

Requirements

• Experience in executive compensation, corporate, or tax matters preferred.
• Up to seven years of relevant experience, unless changing practice groups.
• Superior academic credentials and strong work ethic required.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Admission in jurisdiction of application required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
