Duties

• Represent clients in complex litigation matters in local, state, and federal courts.
• Engage in trial and appellate level proceedings.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on diverse cases.

Requirements

• Four to six years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active bar license in Oregon or eligibility to waive in.
• Class action experience is a plus.
• Active bar license in Washington and/or California is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Oregon.
