Duties

• Handle residential and commercial foreclosure matters for lenders and loan servicers.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances throughout Florida.
• Prepare and review legal documents including motions and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and provide case strategy recommendations.
• Monitor case progression for compliance with court rules and client guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Negotiate settlements and alternative resolutions when appropriate.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in foreclosure, real estate litigation, or creditor rights preferred.
• Demonstrated courtroom and litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
