Duties

• Manage a statewide bankruptcy caseload efficiently.
• Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and other key documents.
• Conduct Chapter 13 Plan Reviews and draft objections as needed.
• Attend court hearings both virtually and in-person.
• Act as a liaison between the firm, clients, courts, and outside counsel.
• Handle time-sensitive escalations and update client systems accurately.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar Membership in good standing.
• Three years of bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort with high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for court appearances.
• Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Bonus: Experience in real estate, mortgage, or commercial litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
