Duties

• Represent private equity sponsors in platform acquisitions and add-on investments.
• Manage dispositions, joint ventures, and minority investments.
• Oversee structuring, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and investment agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of corporate experience at a major law firm.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors.
• Strong negotiating and drafting skills.
• Excellent analytical and writing abilities.
• Business-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida or New York Bar, or willingness to sit for the next examination.
