Senior Attorney - Employment Law
The candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases which will involve producing well written and cohesive case pleadings, demonstrating thoughtful strategy to move a case forward in the best interest of the client, and diligently representing our law firm and clients in Court. Closely manage cases in an effort to protect the best interest of the client. Prepare well written and cohesive legal pleadings and required correspondence. Correspond with various clients to convey case status and/or resolve any case impediment. Appear in Court to represent the firm and our clients. Organize and prioritize work day to ensure that all legal and internal/external deadlines are met. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with preparing legal pleadings is necessary.
