The candidate will be reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate due diligence including title, survey, zoning, organizational documents and resolutions, and UCC/litigation searches; drafting estoppel certificates and SNDAs; abstracting complex recorded title documents such as ground leases, CCRs, and easements; and managing, coordinating, and tracking closing and post-closing documents. Must have 2+ years of experience. Should be detail-oriented. Must be comfortable interfacing directly with title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel. Must work well independently; has polished written and verbal communication skills; and excels at managing deadlines and multiple work streams. Must be proficient/advanced knowledge of Office Suite.
