Duties

• Handle day-to-day management of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting expert reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Florida.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
