Duties:

• Manage and maintain client files and documentation in compliance with firm standards.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memoranda, and presentations as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in corporate/transactional law.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work.
• Prior experience in a law firm setting is required.
• Strong academic background with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Eligible for waiver into Iowa Bar or willing to sit for the next Bar exam.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Iowa Bar or eligibility for waiver into Iowa Bar.
