Duties

• Represent clients in County, Circuit, and Federal Courts.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Requirements

• Must have a license in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
