Location:

Duties:

• Assist in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leases.
• Handle real estate matters related to the clean and traditional energy sectors and energy infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to navigate complex legal issues in real estate.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Perform legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Participate in due diligence and manage project timelines.
• Support clients in resolving any legal challenges related to real estate matters.

Requirements:

• Should have 4-7 years of experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions.
• Knowledge or experience in the clean and traditional energy sectors and energy infrastructure.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong law firm experience, particularly in real estate law.
• A commitment to collaboration, client service, and diversity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility to become admitted.
