Duties

• Advise on transactional tax matters related to fund formation and investment funds.
• Handle tax issues involving Section 892 investors and real estate transactions.
• Manage investment fund secondary transactions and regulated investment companies.
• Apply knowledge of income tax treaties and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to provide comprehensive tax solutions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant transactional tax experience.
• Experience with fund formation and investment fund transactions.
• Direct experience in an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.
