Job Description: 

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have pre-litigation experience and be capable of managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement. A bilingual (English/Spanish) attorney is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in the pre-litigation phase 

• Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication throughout the case 

• Oversee case development, including obtaining medical records, accident reports, and other necessary documentation 

• Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters 

• Ensure timely progression of cases and maintain accurate case records 

• Collaborate with legal assistants and case managers to achieve the best outcomes for clients 

• Provide empathetic and responsive legal support to injured clients 

Qualifications: 

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school 

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing (required) 

• Experience in personal injury pre-litigation preferred 

• Strong negotiation and case management skills 

• Excellent communication and client service abilities
