Duties:

• Provide direct litigation support and strategic collaboration with attorneys and legal support staff

• Oversee and manage personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial

• Lead or co-lead trial efforts, including trial preparation, strategy, and in-court representation

• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to professional development across the legal team

• Engage with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel

• Manage a high-volume docket with precision and adherence to case timelines

• Champion client advocacy and uphold high standards of service throughout each case

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of legal experience, including a minimum of 2 years handling personal injury matters

• Demonstrated trial experience, including second-chair or lead trial responsibilities

• Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex litigation files simultaneously

• A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of California
