Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on real estate matters and represent them in negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted as a Real Estate Attorney in MA or eligible for MA admission if admitted in CT.
• 1 to 4 years of legal experience in real estate law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in MA or eligibility for MA admission if licensed in CT.
