Duties

• Provide legal counsel on real estate and landlord-tenant matters.
• Advise on real estate purchase transactions.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and writs.
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal documents.
• Manage discovery and support trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and draft agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the State Bar of California.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate litigation or related fields.
• Experience with land use, administrative law, and environmental litigation is preferred.
• Experience with writs and appellate practice preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the State Bar of California.
