A law firm seeks a Financial Services Associate with 3 to 7 years of experience to join their Financial Services group in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal securities laws and will advise clients on fund structures and regulatory matters, including cross-border registration and digital assets.

Duties

• Advise on federal securities laws and regulatory matters.
• Assist with cross-border registration and regulatory examinations.
• Engage in broker-dealer matters and digital asset issues.
• Collaborate with clients ranging from start-ups to large financial institutions.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act.
• Experience with exchange-traded funds, interval funds, or digital assets is a plus.
• Large law firm, in-house, or regulatory agency experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
