Duties

• Manage loan servicing consent transactions and loan modifications.
• Handle loan workouts and sales.
• Engage in asset management matters.
• Collaborate with team members to support national practice growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of broad real estate finance experience.
• Experience with CMBS, CRE CLOs, and other securitized products preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
