Litigation Associate

The candidate will investigate new cases and causes of action at the cutting edge of the fight to keep prescription drugs affordable. Collaborate with our team to uncover anticompetitive or fraudulent misconduct, develop a legal strategy and the factual record, and craft litigation and trial strategy. Conduct all phases of civil discovery, including drafting written discovery, conducting meet- and-confers, and preparing for and conducting depositions. Identify, select, and prepare expert witnesses. Draft briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents. Prepare for and participate in hearings and trials. Should have a J.D. with 5+ years’ litigation experience (class action and antitrust experience strongly preferred). Should be highly accomplished employment credentials. Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is needed. Should be results oriented, self-starter, with a high level of initiative. Excellent writing and drafting skills are needed. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, verbal and written communication skills are essential. Should have the ability to work independently, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain patience in high pressure situation. Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity.
