Duties:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.

• Admission to practice before the USPTO.
• Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
