International Tax Managing Consultant
The candidate will be managing and developing US international tax planning strategies and projects and their implementation. Tax consulting in a professional environment for the effective diagnosis, solution, development, and implementation of tax solutions. Partnering with business leaders for international transactions, IC-DISC administration and compliance, and ASC 740 tax provision. Researching complex tax issues and preparing technical memos and documentation. Working with tax professionals domestically and internationally. Quantitative analysis. Managing, developing, and coaching professional staff. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's in Taxation, Accounting or J.D./LL.M. (with an undergrad in a business-related field) is required. Should have 7+ years of business tax experience. Experience with other large accounting firms or large corporate tax departments of a multinational company is required. Consulting and compliance experience is required. Experience with ASC 740 is required. Experience with IC-DISCs  is preferred. Experience with GoSystem Tax RS and Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE is a plus. International tax experience is preferred. CPA license is preferred.
