Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, LLC is seeking an experienced paralegal with experience in medical records evaluation and collection. We are an established, expanding, high-energy civil litigation defense firm that handles a vast array of legal matters in numerous jurisdictions.

The position provides the opportunity to collaborate with experienced attorneys and adept staff to provide optimal legal services for valued clients in our centrally located Olivette office.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and time-sensitive law office environment. The successful candidate will assist on a diverse set of cases by summarizing medical records and deposition transcripts and aiding attorneys in fact investigation, deposition and trial preparation, and document review. Strong knowledge of medical terminology is required.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal degree preferred



• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal preferred



• Experience working in a litigation firm



• Strong organizational skills



• Excellent written and oral communication skills
