The candidate will work with the firm’s Director of Administration in managing the firm’s human resources issues. Duties include: onboarding new hires; support staff reviews and exit interviews; vacation, out of office, and overtime requests and coverage; employee relations, training, and investigations; workplace safety and HR compliance; assist with support staff recruiting; and backup for health insurance benefits. Should preferably have 3+ years of HR and benefits experience in a corporate environment and a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
