The ideal candidate will have experience with U.S. trade-regulating agencies, particularly the Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Office of Foreign Assets Control at the Department of the Treasury. Experience in U.S. customs law is advantageous.

Duties

• Advise clients on international trade regulations and compliance.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Admitted to the District of Columbia Bar or eligible to waive in.

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the District of Columbia Bar.
