Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a highly experienced Internet Strategy and Litigation Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will handle cases and investigations related to Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment issues. They will work with a diverse range of clients, from industry leaders to early-stage start-ups, both domestically and internationally. Duties:

• Handle cases and investigations about Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission.
• 5-7 years of experience in Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment litigation.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and work under pressure.
• Prior experience working with a diverse range of clients is preferred.

Education:
