Part-time Senior Business Attorney

The candidate must have 5-7 years of experience working with business start-ups, drafting business contracts and operating agreements, employee/independent contractor agreements. Should have active license in VA and ability to handle client matters independently. Familiarity with trademarks and IP issues relating to small businesses is required. Prior experience working at a law firm in a similar position is needed.

Note: The position is part-time (20-30 hours/week).
