• Requirements
• Minimum of three years' experience in public finance.
• Proficiency in tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions.
• Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Certifications
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Skills

• Experience in commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar is a plus.
