Business Relationship Manager - Procurement (Asset Management)
The candidate will foster strong and productive relationships with business executives to support sourcing best practices and assure business objectives and service needs are met. Support Principal Asset Management business and maintain comprehensive understanding of business operations and strategic objectives. Act as liaison with category managers to assure strong, reliable supply chain and align business and category management strategies. Focus on 360-degree view of internal stakeholders to develop an experiential partnership. Develop, lead and execute on sourcing strategies and objectives. Establish policies and procedures associated with sourcing processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Lead supply & demand planning, supplier selection, and contract review and negotiation. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, supply chain management or other business-related degree or law degree with significate supply chain experience is required. Should have 5+ years of supply chain or related experience. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills including executive presence. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience leading and/or mentoring team members. Consultative, customer mindset with strong analytical thinking skills and business and financial acumen. Strong knowledge of all elements of supply chain management. Extensive knowledge of products, strategies and drivers of the business area supported. Aptitude for solving complex problems and challenging/influencing internal and external stakeholders.
