Post-Graduate Legal Fellowships

The fellows will carry their own caseloads and gain valuable experience in providing legal assistance. Fellows will also have the opportunity to work on policy and systemic advocacy. Job Duties: The Fellow will gain invaluable hands-on legal experience by working on complex and diverse projects with Law Department attorneys. Will participate in client intake, negotiations and client advising meetings, and conduct research and analysis to draft pleadings. Qualifications: Law school graduate; Experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking or other forms of trauma is preferred; Demonstrated interest in public interest law; Spanish or other language skill at the bilingual level is a plus for this position.
