Litigation Legal Assistant

The candidate must be highly organized and able to manage multiple and varied responsibilities and successfully utilize various technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, e-filing platforms such as NYSCEF and PACER, document management, time entry, and billing systems are preferred. Must have excellent telephone skills and proficient typing skills for the preparation and maintenance of attorneys’ calendars, files, and court documents. Must be able to perform functions such as drafting correspondence, pleadings, and briefs in both state and federal court and be generally familiar with both court systems generally.
