Duties

• Design plans for high-net-worth clients.
• Draft irrevocable trusts, including Crummey trusts and grantor retained annuity trusts.
• Plan for blended families and international estate issues.
• Manage complex trust administrations.
• Conduct initial client intake and manage CRM engagement.
• Perform legal research and maintain client files.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate.
• Active member of California State Bar.
• Expertise in Federal and California state tax law.
• LL.M in Tax preferred.
• Experience leading client meetings and managing communications.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong command of English, including spelling and grammar.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage a team and mentor others.
• Effective communication skills, both individually and in a team.
