Corporate Counsel - Commercial
The candidate will work closely and partner with Sales teams on SaaS transactions that drive company revenue. Structure, negotiate, and close deals with customers big and small. Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders. Manage risk and ensure business and compliance needs are accurately reflected in agreements. Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Respond promptly to the demands of an active technology sales team and their management. Develop and deliver training on legal issues and contract processes. Support continuous improvements of forms, policies and processes to help streamline, simplify and automate the contracting processes. Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and license to practice law in the U.S. is required. Should have 5+ years of relevant commercial legal experience, preferably in-house with a successful, high-growth enterprise SaaS company.
