Duties

• Develop client relationships and establish legal objectives.
• Draft pleadings and manage all aspects of case discovery.
• Conduct depositions and prepare expert consultations.
• Research complex legal issues to support case strategies.
• Manage intensive fact discovery using electronic platforms.
• Report comprehensively to partners and clients.
• Communicate and negotiate persuasively with opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Admitted to and in good standing with the California bar.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience required.
• Strong analytical, research, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage caseload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
