Duties

• Participate in commercial real estate loan and mezzanine loan transactions.
• Act as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence to closing.

Requirements

• Experience with commercial real estate finance, including loan origination and securitization.
• Prior experience in a large law firm is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
