Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Handle general commercial litigation matters, including consumer finance, products liability, and complex commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Assist in trial preparation and attend hearings and trials as necessary.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on various commercial matters.
• Manage case files and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with experience in consumer finance, products liability, and complex commercial disputes.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in both team-oriented and independent environments.
