Duties

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial.
• Communicate with and guide clients throughout all stages of their case.
• Handle written and oral discovery, motions, and pleadings strategically.
• Gather and evaluate evidence by working with medical providers, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare for and present trial-ready cases when necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active law license in good standing in Indiana (Indiana and Illinois license preferred).
• Litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
• Trial experience or a desire to build trial skills.
• Integrity, empathy, and a client-first mindset.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.
