Duties

• Represent clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
• Provide preventive advice and conduct employment audits and training seminars.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, layoff, and termination issues.
• Respond to internal complaints and manage high-risk situations.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience with ADA, affirmative action, arbitration, and related areas preferred.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proven business development and initiative.
• Leadership and time management capabilities.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of The Florida Bar or licensed to practice law in another state and in good standing.
